How to monitor Internet sent data?
Hello,
I would like to know if there's any way I can track any byte sent from / received by my computer over an internet connection?
Thanks.

http://www.ethereal.com/docs/user-guide/x1061.html
They have packages for linux, BSD and windows
There are other too, but I prefer Ethereal...
