Just a little problem that i can't solve

My problem is: When i 1st log on to the R©H 9©0 every application is works find but after maybe a half of an hour of being

log on to system applications don't start© Does anyone knows what the problem is©©©©©©©©©©©©Pls help©©©©©©

Honestly, I've never heard of anything like that. if you logout and log back in does it all work again, or do you have to reboot? Did this happen with a new installation, or have you had this setup for a while?
