Hey everyone,

I know that many of you out there are loooking for freeeee web sites. Well This is your lucky thread. Yes I know that there is already a thread 'bout free web site for 3 yrs. But its only for U.S and Canada. So I decided to start this thread. Well If you also have any such web sites do post it.

For starters you can always use servers that provide extensive features including FTP:

Angel fire
Fortune city
Trypod
Free cyber Zone

A few cheap ones:
Asp hosting

you can also check out http://www.cjb.net. It offers web rediderection, Pop mail, chat page etc..
These are just a few of them. If you really like this thread, I might be able to do some more research on 'em.

Hmm, what surprises me is that in all these 'free hosting' threads, no-one mentions:
freedom 2 operate
Free2Host

They're both ad-free, and both require that you give a good reason in order to get hosting (this might seem unfair at first, but it helps keep away the warez/MP3 pirates, as well as people who just never update their sites).

I am very contented about www.angeltowns.com, ad free as well.
And of course don't forget: free . tk domain names (you can remove the pop-up in the My Marketing section). -> my.dot.tk

No problem. I was just surprised that no-one seems to mention those sites when they offer such great packages. Admittedly not everyone is successful in their application, but the community atmosphere and absense of idiots who waste bandwidth and disk space more than makes up for that.

My problem with manual checking web sites is that as u said no one has too much of a chance of getting an account But I have to accept that the features there a very very rich.


BTW: http://www.f20.org is not accepting free membership forms. Check it out yourself.

And also can anyone tell me what prg AO uses for its discussion forums??
I know there is a thread on the subject. But I'm curious 'bout AO.

The reason f2o isn't accepting membership applications is because stupid little script kiddies decide to DDoS the site when they applications are rejected. It's a real shame when a small group of people spoil the fun for everyone else.

AO uses a hacked version of vBulletin IIRC, although JP and JM have made a lot of modifications such that it's not really the same piece of software anymore.
