I was listening to Off the Hook today, either 12/03 or 12/10 cannot remember, and they had a guest on who helped develop a secure encrypted cell phone (gsm), they retail for about 2500-5000 dollars, I think. Its between 1899 and 3699 euro, dont know the exact currency exchange. The interesting thing about it, is that they give away the source code for free, along with a windows "client" that can utilize a modem or isdn connection and the source code to go along with it. My question is, what would be the hinderance to me going out and purchasing an ipaq for a fraction of the cost and loading the software onto it....or possibly alter the windows source code and running the client on any device that runs winCE?
