Has a programming alnguage ever been written that allows the user to directly use binary in a comiler for programming?

The really early stuff was based off binary as I understand. I seem to recall the Altair's had them little switches on the front to input code. But that was before my time.
Why would you want to use binary?
Real security doesn't come with an installer.

If you write it in binary, you don't have to compile it, just make it executable. Just remember that is binary, not a text file full of 1's and 0's
