All the time. Likely because I moved two hours away from my family to go to school. A lot of students feel quite lonely when they start going to school, but I don't think it' really because you move away from home. It's more because of the fact that you are now consideing moving away from your parents and realizing that your adolescence is over. You have very few highschool friends left now, and you never make friends like that after highschool.

You're going to be living away from your brothers and sisters for the rest of your life, and you're trying to figure out how to adjust to it all. I know that gets me down a lot, so I imagine a lot of other people get it too.

Or... a secret society... similar to the Skull & Bones?

    That'd be fun!

If there is a computer in the room when I get back from class.... then no. j/k

I am currently attending a local community college, so I haven't experienced this just yet. I guess that's one positive side of attending a community college, that, and the low price. Heh.

    I also attend a local community/tech college(almost done!!). I also haven't experienced this...

Its hard to think when you work full time, school at night and then homework/study the rest of the time... can't think much about anything except for work and school...

I can say that I do miss some of my old friends though. I see them at the bar every now and again... its better off that way, I think. They are still doing the same old things... drinking and partying... working for beer distributors... etc.
