    Economical PC. Hmmm

Take a integrate chipset soundcard instead of a creative soundblaster card. Get Cheap Speaker. Buy a CRT Monitor (No LCD). Get a DVD/CD Rw Combo (No Separe Unit and NO DVD Burner). Get a cheap processor.

The stuff that you need to put money on is.

MotherBoard, Memory (512 MB at least) and Video Card (Not Integrate Chipset Here!) I suggest Nvidia 5*** or Radeon 9*** at least.

    Good Luck

    Buy a CRT Monitor
and get cancer from all the radiation. The ENERGY STAR program made CRT monitors more economic friendly.

With all the CRT Tv out there, one more CRT Monitor won't change a lot? A few day more?
