    AntiPoint Message box

    ok,

i suggested this in a post that i lost track of, so i thought i would post it as a new thread.

you know how when you want to say something to a person, but it doesnt desserve a negging or a greenie, and you dont want to post it in the thread cause it useless bit of info and you would probably get flamed for it.

well, i thought that you should have a Greenies, Neggs and a neutral option when assigning AP's. therefore, you can post that suggestion without altering his Ap status and you dont have to post it in the thread itself.

anyways, just something to think about

Ahhh.....don't you think a PM to the person would serve this purpose just fine?? There is a link to send the person a PM on each post.

yes, but when you pm somebody, it opens up a new page, however, when you assign antipoints a java applet opens, its much faster and cleaner.

The fact that it would be "faster and cleaner' doesn't warrant the work that'd go into making this change, nor is it in line with the intended use of APs. What you describe is exactly the point of PMs.

A few extra seconds/clicks can't hurt you that much.
