    Can somebody give me orders how to download my post trough telnet? And please dont give me links, there is nothing like this. Thanks

    You mean using lynx? Or perhaps wget?

    The only other way would be to copy and paste.

    Other than that, I think some clarification might be in order to define this a little better.

    Actually i was thinking that, but i didnt think he wanted to know that specificly. I use an e-mail account noxiousy@cyberspace.org. Grokster provides that service and you can check your e-mail only via telnet, by telneting into cyberspace.org and then logging in, they also provide some services, one of them is the text based browser lynx.

    I think he wants to know the telnet cmmands so he can telnet to port 80 and retrieve a specifed post. Doing http by hand....

    I'm thinking I'm gonna agree with souleman on this one, he wants to telnet to the website and pull down the html and what-not.

    ne0gen: I don't know what you are thinking, there is nothing like this? This is incredibly common. In fact I think it was covered in the Guides to Mostly Harmless Hacking at one point. Two searches on google left me when many results.

    There's an example of three of the results that were returned when I searched for http get telnet. There are several other searches that you could prolly perform to return even better results however I think the first link i posted will cover everything you want.
