    I've been playing around with one of OSes on this site http://www.testdrive.hp.com/faq/ (get free shell from there) and I love it (yes I have headache...to much for me ), but anyway if you wanna play around with OSes using their free shell..

    Sweet angel excellent finding I gave you (+) for that. I'm curious though how did you find that? Besides a google search lol. Do you know any sites that run different Mac OS versions? Cause to be honest I can't do anything on a Mac. Thank you again ComputerNerd22

    It's been a while since someone has brought this one up. Compaq is doing a great service to the community by keeping testdrive going. IIRC, I'd posted this a few years ago. Thanks for reminding the community

    Do you mean linuxes for mac? Might want to visit PenguinPPC for some Macintosh/Apple alternatives.

    Not to turn this into a linux thread, but I found a nice distro of debian and put it on my PowerBook 540c.

    (Yep, another MCSE using a Mac at home! LOL)

    I didn't know that the testdrive still exsisted! Thanks for the link!
    Windows 9x: n. A collection of 32 bit extensions and a graphical shell for a 16 bit patch to an 8 bit operating system originally coded for a 4 bit microprocessor. Written by a 2 bit company that can\'t stand 1 bit of competition.
