    Marshall Masters with "I like it loud"... I wouldn't call it techno, though... it's one of the first "gabber"-tracks ever (aka hardcore).

    Umm...no... it's Marc Acardipane aka Marshall Masters aka Eman aka Rave Creator aka Pilldriver aka Inferno Bros. aka Nasty Django aka 6Pack aka Turbulence 'n Terrorists aka Smash aka Masters of Rave aka Leathernecks aka Ace the Space.

    In 1997, Marshall Masters released "I like it loud". In 2003, the track was re-released by his fellow country-men Scooter under the name "Maria (I like it loud) - Scooter vs. Marc Acardipane & Dick Rules".

    The track in your link is the original by Marshall Masters.
