yeah. seen it before and they pretty much all say the same thing.

nothing like a good stash of dead HDD's with good working Controllers (how's that for contradiction)..
And a couple of good software recovery tools..
And Basicly a PC setup for forensics work.. bloody ripper..
BTW.. the freezer trick only works on certain types of spindal failure.. get it wrong and no data recovery.. get it right you normaly have only one chance then it is tata HDD and data..
