Have you searched Google?
What operating system?
What email client?(stoopid me .. what version of Outlook)
What file system is in use (if we are talking XP)?
do you want one or 2 or the whole lot?
.
.
the answer to your question is yes.. provided a number of things are correct.. most importantly.. NOTHING ELSE HAS BEEN WRITTEN TO THE HDD. and you haven't DEFRAGED the HDD.. then it stsrts to become more expensive.. did I mention it could cost you?
Just let us know the answers to my questions.. in the mean time I may have a look for some links to some software..
cheers

Click on your recycle bin.
Click Tools: recover deleted items if its lit.
If not click file pen ersonal folders.
Browse to your outlook folder and look for an archive pst file.
Other than that you are stuffed.

I tried that
but the "recover deleted items " pane is all empty.
The archive folder does not have those mails.

Yes it is Und3ertak3r.....he must have misread the post.
BTW...it sucks when people link right to the download. How do I know what it is? (That would actually be a clever way to infect someone)
Desolation_Jam, try this: http://downloads-zdnet.com.com/3000-2248-10118664.html
PC Inspector File Recovery is a data recovery program that supports the FAT 12/16/32 and NTFS file systems. Finds partitions automatically, even if the boot sector or FAT has been erased or damaged (does not work with the NTFS file system). Recovers files with the original time and date stamp. Supports the saving of recovered files on network drives.
I've had really good luck with it.
There are a couple tutorials here that deal with data recovery...you may find them helpful. There are other tools that you may find fun.
