if you have the image already scanned in - why not just OCR it into an editable document - far easier than retyping the whole thing - maybe I've just lazy?

Hello alls, have since re-written my resume and added a few extra
qualifications, some degrees and diploma's and some extra pay demands.
Re-writing it was the best thing lol.
Seriously though, as was suggested, i dont think i can cut and paste a graphics
file?, i could be wrong though. And yes the 1 kb was a typo, meant 1 MB .
And sorry for my lack of knowledge, but how would i use ocr software?????

Anyways i thank you all again for your support and appreciate your input.

    Cheers, TidaLphasE23.

it depends exactly upon the software your using - but assuming your using Windows - generally its a case of scanning in the document and clicking a few buttons which say something like 'recognise my text' checking the document for spelling errors and then saving it as text or rtf. OCR like voice recognition software is incredibly easy to use. Personally I use Abbyy Fine reader, you might want to have a quick look at the online documentation for information as to how the latest version works here
