you can probably find cheaper, but I would still say that is a "decent" price. I'm sure he will sell it.

I would say "too expensive" @$200
1. no monitor
2. No operating system
3. Not much memory
4 500MHz Celeron
I got an IBM PIII/533 with 256Mb, 32xCD, 56.6 modem, IBM G54 15" almost flat CRT monitor, keyboard , mouse, 8Mb AGP Video card, WIN98se, for £20 (GBP)
I recommend recruiting family and friends and try to get one direct from a corporation or business.
These characters are "jobbers", they buy "job lots" from Corporations then try to make a killing on e-bay?
Over here you would stand a better chance of a bargain in the local paper.
