Freelancing

Hi

i require someone who is familiar with (VoIP) technology and is a freelancer to design for me a program, The design will be in a sufficient enough form that it outlines the requirements and which can be passed to a team of programmers who can but the design into a working program.

Please let me know if anyone is able to do this, what skills you have and cost.

Have you look at some of the Open Source Programs for VoIP? Perhaps you could approach them. Or perhaps if there is a mailing list specifically on VoIP, you'd find someone there.
