    Can someone tell me some telnet addresses where i can practice telnetting ????

    What operating system are you using? And what exactly is it you want to practise?

    If it's linux you can telnet to yourself. Alternatively, you could try some Free Shell Accounts

    Telnet is not used as much because of the security issues with it.
