    Machintosh Question??

    Would it be possible to use a windows OS on a MAC hardware??

    Nope. Macintosh (usually Apple or older clone mac like Umax, Power Computing, etc.) use RISC processors. Windows operating systems were designed to work with Intel. You can, however, run Windows on Mac using VirtualPC. (don't see the point however).

    Alternatively, you can run a variety of Linuxes (visit http://www.linuxiso.org and search for architecture based on PPC or PowerPC) and/or OS X (based on the BSD/NeXT *nix environment).
