    Reminds me of the fact a couple of years back Microsoft was brought to court by a couple of rival DOS producers. They claimed that windows 3 when run on any other DOS than MS Dos would randomly generate error messages.
    The judge simply demanded that Bill Gates should produce the source code of Windows 3 to prove this was not so. He turned up a week later for the court date pleading he could not comply with the demand as Microsoft had lost the original source code. You can guess the rest.
