Give Everyone Group some Administrator Right
This is my bug!
User can not start PIC driver in Windows 2000; Failed to swap in Windows 2000 PIC Driver; Failed to open the Service Control Manager
Their solution is to add the user to Windows 2000 local admin. I don't want to do that.
As first, I taught it was registry permission but it's not the case because I went in regedt32.exe to reset all registry permission so everyone full control to test, it did't change anything. After, I went in Local Security Policy and add the groupe everyone to all Users Right Assignment and didn't do nothing. I reset NTFS permission on the C: drive so the group everyone have full access to all file and it did nothing also.
What others administrator rights does my I'm missing?
What does I need to do so everyone can open the Service Control Manager?
