Microsoft conundrum?
Here is an interesting problem:
A laptop running Windows 98 and Outlook Express 5 as the mail client. When you open Outlook Express it just freezes and forces a re-boot.
1. It looks as though there is a spam mail with a corrupt header as the first record.
2. It defaults to preview mode.
3. It defaults to going to the inbox when opened.
4. It freezes on opening, so nothing on the menubar is available.
Any ideas?
Cheers

I think this
http://www.bme.ie/resource/webapp/em...htm?disp=print
may have the answer for you - you'll have to access the mail and news via IE (tools>mail and news > read news) and take it from there
