    i think its a bug.

    found a link called start security, cant remember where i found it sorry, but it told me to report to webmaster.

    You mean you follwoed a link and it told you "If you followed a valid link please report it to a webmaster..." something like that. If yes you most likely followed a thread that got deleted or closed or something....
