Xbox and DI-614+ Router
hi, i have an xbox and a DI-614 router which i finally connected correctly... but, my question is: the router is connected to my dsl modem right now and on the back of my xbox there is an ethernet port and something needs to go in there. but, my xbox is in a different room than my router. what needs to happen to connect my router to my xbox? what do i need? thanx bye.

A long @ss cable. I am not sure if the XBox supprts wireless connections. Let me look. If it does, then you will need a wireless adapter to set it up.
Edit: You could try one of these, but your Dlink might not play well with it. Most people I know have bought the hub/router package straight from MS.

thanx for your help... i thought all u needed was the router but i was wrong i guess i will have to buy a wireless adapter

i bought a powerline ethernet adapter and HOPEFULLY this is all i will need....
