Ummm, the simplest way to do this would be to go buy a TV tuner (I'd recomment a Leadtek or a Huappage), and then you just plug your playstation into the TV in port on the tuner, boot up your TV app, and voila. I do this with my N64 -- it was more cost effective for me to go with a high res 19" monitor + TV tuner than a mid-res 19" monitor + TV...

i have the same set up with the comp i have now and i have dreamcast, turbo grafx 16 hooked up at the moment and i want to put the playstation in the computer to prove to my freind that i could be done
