Linux Question
I'm currently running windows XP on a AMD 2800+ with 512MB RAM and a high spec nividia graphics card and it works fine, but then i installed Linux Debian onto it. When i tried the miny games that came preinstalled they ran really really slowly. Does anyone know why this maybe ? Games run really fast in windows, but these linux games run really slowly, to slowly.
Any ideas ?
Thanks in advance

Have you tryed downloading the latest graphics card drivers from Nvidia? What model graphics card do you own?

Might also be the opengl/direct3d drivers. I had the same problem with my SuSE distro and running some opengl stuff. Try autoupdating that, and see if it works, gl! ^_^;
