    Open Relay Sendmail

    How can I avoid Open Relay?,
    All the mail severs that has 2 dots are blocking me. example e-mail@yahoo.com.it.

    In my DNS I didn't specify the localhost and the 127.0.0.1 reverse, is that any problem?

    try specifying localhost, see if that will fix it. Perhaps the email servers with 2 dot coms are blocking all trafic without a localhost specified to avoid spam.
