    Question Counter Strike

    Hey-

    Hopefully, this will be answered by one of the -=[AO]=- Clan:

    My cousin just called me to tell me that he installed CS on his machine, but he can't figure out where he put it. Can someone please tell me the name of the CS executable so he can search for it? (Don't have time to deal with him)

    This is SOO Lazy!! I'm gonna try to answer this one since I'm not in front of my game machine?

    Directory should be call Steam and Steam.exe no?

    Steam.exe will help you find the steam install, but not necisarily the CS install. It should be c:\sierra or c:\sierra\counterstrike

    If he is playing 1.5 then it should be c:\sierra\counterstrike or c:\program files\sierra\counterstrike and if he is playing 1.6 then he should be able to search for steam.exe.

    Didnt your cousin install a start menu icon?

    Where is Icehawk? He has a whole internet cafe with CS installed!

    Edit: Just got home. C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe For 1.6

    and

    C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe for 1.5
