Also remember to wipe out those URL's out of the Windows registry a lot of people know they can go there to see where you been surfing. If your new to the Windows registry and worried about messing something up simply back-it-up.
Heres how:
1. Click start, run, type: regedit click OK.
2. Expand the registry keys "HKEY_CURRENT_USER", "SOFTWARE", "MICROSOFT", and "Internet Explorer", on the left side plane click once on "TYPED URLs", to select it.
3. On the right hand side select what URL you would like to delete then Delete it by pressing the Delete key on the keyboard or you can click on edit --> then delete.
Heres a pic of what it looks like.

hi
oo Boy You are making it harder and harder now i will use some software instead what was the software again .
Why Not just Right Click on the Internet Explorer icon in the desktop and click "Properties" or Double click on the Internet Options .in the Control Panel and a "Internet Properties" dialog box appears.
And in that dialog box in the general tab Click on three buttons "Delete Cookies" , "Delete Files" , "Clear History" .
and Computernerd22 it clears those urls too.......

Temporary Internet Files
Lets not forget about MS's spyware, Index.dat. Deleting through internet tools, cookies, history does delete the temp files, but, they do remain. This helps for browser history, but from a forensics standpoint, you also need to get ride of index.dat. Spy Bot does a nice job of this, you have to drag and drop in adnvanced mode. There are many index.dat viewers out there. Try it for yourself, delete manually and then view index.dat
