    hi,

I am not going to go into this in any detail as this question has been asked a hundred times. Theirs 1 (maybe 2) topics with the same question on the front page even at the moment. Just seach for proxys and you`ll get plenty of answers to your question.

You say "how can i surf the net without find out information on me", you`ll have to be a bit more specific, as in do you mean your IP details or do you mean personal information?

Just rememeber though if your using your own connection their is no 100% way to stop your activitys being traced back to you.

Hello InvisibleGhost, welcome to AO. Can I assume by the use of your grammar that English is not your native language?

When you post a topic, there is a button directly beside the thread title that says "Has this been posted before? " When I use proxy as a thread title, I got 177 returns. Using AO's search function on the main page returns 905 results. And as homenet stated, there are a couple threads right on the main page that deal with the exact same issue.

If you want help here, at least try to give the appearance that you made an effort to find the information; it's apparent that you haven't. If you can't be bothered to at least attempt to learn on your own, why should anyone bother to help you?

Can you remain anonymous? No. Will a proxy help you remain anonymous? No. Like Hansel and Gretel, you will leave a little trail of breadcrumbs that can be followed. A proxy can make things a little tougher. Use of a proxy can also be a beacon to look closer at your activity. If you are doing nothing illegal, there is no need for a proxy (at least not in the manner in which you are asking)

Wanting to remain anonymous for security reasons? I'm sorry but IMHO that excuse is a total crock of ****. From what I have seen so far, people that ask that type of question are afraid their parents are going to find out they have been surfing porno sites, are being *****s in chatrooms, or are in general just up to no good.

Had you asked "How can I prevent myself from becoming a target while surfing", I would have found that more believable. Even "What is a proxy, and what is it used for?" would probably elicit an answer.

Wow. It sounds like you are very busy. I'm not sure what the keyboard has to do with anything though...

It also sounds like you need to back the education truck up and tackle one topic at a time.. otherwise it's pretty tough to learn anything.

EDIT: I forgot, check out this thread:

May be learning cisco along with c++ will enlighten you more about proxy. BTW I hate programming ...C++ not to me.

What proxy are you talking about? The simplest of the simple solution will be buy another computer and set it up as a proxy (server or you name it) and then hide outsider will see only proxy not you ...lol. This way you will be anonymous

good post groovicus as always lol
getting back to your question InvisibleGhost, proxies do make it hard...if you chain proxies together it gets harder...of course,if you're planning to use proxies for malicious purposes, you might want to know that it's a big no no..proxies,like other connections, keep logs..
