    syndication

    Hey AO admins..

I have a question.. is it possible to add an official rss feed ( http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/tech/rss ) for ao.

The same queries that make up the frontpage could be used to make a better RSS feed then HTRegz version does..

I don't think it would be to hard knowing there are rss add-ons for vBulletin (wich AO is based on)

cool an rss feed for antionline

I didn't know there was one but I reconfigured my samurize rss feed from slashdot to yours the moment i figured out how.

It would be really cool to have one. Maybe you could even include things like how many antipoint you have if you have new one's if people replyed to your posts or if you have new pm's(bind it to ip )
or something. It woul be nice anyway.

I would love to see a real RSS feed for this site... It would really help me out in keeping up with all the new posts...

I never use RSS myself, but I can see this being a useful feature for people who do.

I'd use it, if only on my PDA to see the latest topics. Hell, before long maybe you guys could just make a portal so the new forum posts could be synced in plain text to a PDA or a news streamer. I would most defintately use that.

Actually the_JinX I beat you to it--I put in just such a request yesterday morning. Hopefully we'll have our feed shortly. Sounded cool to me too.
