is there a way to make my computer a proxy so my freind can accsess the internet through my computer

you both on a lan?a few more details please..do you want to act as a proxy for him or do you want him to be able to get online thru your comp..meaning..is all you want to do is share a connection?

could it work with one computer having a dsl and another one having a cable connection
if not i still want to know how to fdo it with cable and cable

he told me to find out how to make his computer a proxy so thaty i could use his computer as a proxy (anonomous) do u need more info?

What Operating system are you using. I can prolly guess either win2k or xp so
win2k
