    Maximum Download Records

Here I will start...today i was downloading UT2004 on DC++ which has 6 CDs and they all went slow and i was like wtf, when i looked under them one was going in the 600s, i starred at it for couple mins and was almost late for school but the maximum speed it went was 671 kbps for a DSL modem

...what is your connection type and maximum download speed ever?

    Hi script~

Guess I'm a bit of a cheapskate as I get 576Kbps.............and that is expensive enough!

You cannot trust what the system is telling you. Get an ouside test. I will edit this post later with a link for you

    Cheers

    EDIT#1:

Not what I was looking for but some tweaking and tuning for cable & DSL
