hey
Ok it's called Autocomplete.. If you want to delet Some of the individual items .. iJust Press the Down key on the text box a Box will Appear containing a list of teh items... just select them by bringing your mouse on it or by pressing down until you locate it... don't click just press Delete......It will remove individual entries.. i do it somethins because i keep some of them and when i sometimes type it wrong it too is saved so to remove the wrong entry you can use this metod
or to clear them all at once....
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click the AutoComplete button.
- Click the Clear Forms button.
- Click the Clear Passwords button.
- Click OK.
If you don't like seeing your user names, passwords, and other information sitting in drop-down windows ::
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click the AutoComplete button.
- Click to remove checkBoxes from these items:
- Web addresses
- Forms
- User names and passwords on forms
- Prompt me to save passwords
- Click OK.
Or you can choose any one you don't want to show like you don't want Autocomplete for web-Addresses just uncheck "Web Addresses"
--Cheers--
