Network Monitoring Software
I'm looking for a program (preferably free) that can listen to all traffic on a network through a spanning port/tap/etc and generate real time stats on usage by host. Anybody know of anything like this?

I assume you ran the Win32 version? I only use the *nix version and http://127.0.0.1:3000 works well. Did you rt.. install winpcap?
Edit: OK the demo is running beautifully on my XP laptop. I'm using winpcap 2.3.
