sorry, but i don't think anyone here is planning on doing your homework for ya. especially the part of please email me with the answer and subject "answer" isn't really a correct way of asking..
perhaps you should refrase your question in order to get an answer

I'm not going to email you back, but I will tell you that's binary, and you need to learn how to do Binary to Hex and Binary to Decimal conversions.
