    can get citrx to pick up printer

    i have a problem. i have citrx server at a remote location that i am connecting to. when i connect to it from another computer i can print to my printer but when i connect to it from another computer it is sending my print jobs some where else i have the same printer installed on both machines. so why does one work and the other one not. i can see the printer on my computer on the one that prints but not on the one that does not.

    Err...........what operating system?

    You say you cannot "see" the printer on the computer that won't print? I guess the first step is to go to the printer setup program on that box and set the printer up as the default printer.

    the operating system is win xp and i have tried to reinstall the printer serveral time as the default and nothing has worked.
