Im looking for a freelancer to do some work for me. The work involves analysing a project and designing a software program. The design will then be based on to my programmers who can do the programming.

Skills Needed.

- Knowledge of Spam, Spam Filters, Spam Technologies
-You must be able to understand Perl, C# , C++

Just an idea: If this doesn't result in any applies, you might want to consider taking in an intern for this. Is there some college nearby?

An intern would bring in some fresh looks on the subject, presumably founded on some educated foundation, while he/she doesn't have to cost you a lot.
