Do you guys know about any free/opensource software which can stay resident and notify me if i got an email at a certain account. I need this specificaly for yahoo since that is my "looking for a job" account.

This site : http://www.poptray.org/ offers another nice pop email checker ... I recommended it to someone, and he is using it from version 2.1 now and is still very happy with it.
