    Microsoft exec moves to Google.

    Microsoft sues stating he violates COI agreement.

    If he, loses, he would be out of two good jobs, and will most likely suffer a huge pay cut.

    Ouch....doesn't look very nice! Oh well, even if Google are making a GBrowser, I doubt they're looking to steal any of IE's source code!
