Microsoft Office '97 font problem
I am having an unusual problem with a remote user missing fonts in Microsoft Word '97. The fonts are only missing in Word. All other applications can still see and use them. Also his font folder still contains all of the fonts.
In Word it has Times New Roman preselected and has the option for 4 other fonts of the Unicode variety.
We can not find any possible causes for this.
Has anyone ever crossed a problem like this? Any ideas?

Yes. It was scanned with an updated McAfee and also Spybot was used to clean up any spyware, then Spybot was removed. Laptop rebooted. No change.

Try to install the fonts once again, and if it dosn't work ...

Don't you think it is a way old version, i would recommend upgrading!
