Your ISP is probably blocking incoming traffic to port 80. There's not really anything you can do about it other than to try having your webserver listen on different ports until one gets through. Have you tried accessing the webserver on localhost to make sure it's up? Perhaps it's not working at all. Otherwise try a higher port and it will probably let you connect. Peace.

Thank you for the reply.
I tried through localhost its working perfectly.
Iam able to VPN in and out from the system.
Is there any common list of ports blocked by cable internet ISP?

Hey hey,
There's no common list.... It's up to the ISP, you could try calling and asking but the odds are they won't tell you.
My ISP blocks outbound access to port 25 and that's about it... Makes it a pain in the ass to try and use other mail servers, but they've at least provided a work around for that... (everything is forced through their server.. which caused a lot of commotion because that mail server is located in the US and then becomes subject to US privacy laws (which don't exist)) but now I'm going off topic..
Other than asking or opening every port and running an outside port scan, you'll never really know..
Peace,
HT
