    possible port blocker ?

    can ping and trace, but cannot get to site via name or ip address

    If you can ping and tracert then the site may not be up?

    Or, you may have it pointing to 127.0.0.1 in your hosts file?

    Sounds like either port 80 (HTTP) is being blocked or sites are being blocked via name/IP address. Do you have access to the firewall? If you need access to certain sites but don't have access to the firewall, your best bet is to contact the network administrator and explain the situation...

    if you can visit other sites so, it is no problem on you computer

    on remote server is rulls of admin, so you can do nothing
    // too far away outside of limit
