    That OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) is finally unveiled...In prototype form...Well, at least it gives you an idea of what its gonna look like.

    Thanks for posting this. What an interesting project. The part I would like to know more about is the software. According to the wiki, the laptop will have a 512MB flash memory drive. And, as you wrote, it's to be running Fedora 5 (at least the protypes will). So, speaking of desktop environments, if they go with Linux, I wonder what they will run?

    I guess you could do XFCE, or something like that. Hmm.
