Web Development Production Tracking tool
Hi, I am helping a friend fix a website that is up and running already but very poorly designed and managed. He has been hired to overhaul it so to speak. Now I know nothing about coding or web design that just isnt my area of interest but I wanted to help so he asked me to help him find a Web Development Production Tracking tool. If there is a bugzilla type feature that comes with it, all the better! This could also be called a web based project management tool. Now just to be clear I dont really know what im searching for so Google wasn't much help to me but I hope that yall know what that is. Thanks for the help! This should preferably be cheap to free if possible.

Nihil, He said he liked your suggestions but he was looking for something more like THIS and wanting it to be free or even a trial version if possible.

While not free (but cheap) and not web-based, why not use what almost every single project manager uses: MS Project
Here's a fully-functional 60-day trial.

If you have a Windows server avaliable then have a go with FogBugz, it is, in short: Bugzilla, a zillion times better.
