No no, silly woman. Let's analyze this:
chit·chat (chtcht) n.
1. Casual conversation; small talk.
2. Gossip.
general (jen-er-hu,l) adj.
1. of or pertaining to all persons or things belonging to a group or category: a general meeting of the employees.
2. of, pertaining to, or true of such persons or things in the main, with possible exceptions; common to most; prevalent; usual: the general mood of the people.
3. not limited to one class, field, product, service, etc.; miscellaneous: the general public; general science.
Now GCC constitutes as broad small/talk. Given the intimate details and accusations made by some, the current thread could also be gauged as Gossip; qualifying it for the GCC. However, on further inspection, this thread mostly consists of so-called babbling but more articulately addressed as Jibber-Jabber. (As defined by The Mr. T and clarified by the almighty Wikipedia.)
Hence, this is not appropriate GCC material--and only leaves us with the logical conclusion of creating a new Jibber-Jabber Forum.

more than 20 years ago when I lived there in 82 they were spraying everything to kill them...because people were complaining about people trespassing onto their property to collect them....in 87 when I lived there you couldn't find a shroom.

So my buddy tells me he saw God on shrooms.... and the shrooms came out of a cow's butt....so am I to believe that God is in a cow's butt? Someone please clarify.
Mankind have a great aversion to intellectual labor; but even supposing knowledge to be easily attainable, more people would be content to be ignorant than would take even a little trouble to acquire it.
