Or check the top box and it'll select all the PMs. Then, if there are any you want to keep, just deselect one copy and delete the rest (the rest will stay checked). That's what I did to clear out over 2,500 PMs this morning

At the bottom look for Move to folder... Select that and one of the options is Delete.

You can also do that with the quick reply, get formatting controls by choosing that in your userCP, options screen.
