    Or check the top box and it'll select all the PMs. Then, if there are any you want to keep, just deselect one copy and delete the rest (the rest will stay checked). That's what I did to clear out over 2,500 PMs this morning

    Go to User CP --> Edit Options --> change the edit so it's the Full Editor, not the basic one.

    You can also do that with the quick reply, get formatting controls by choosing that in your userCP, options screen.
