    hundreds of webproxies

    This is a list of webbased proxies
    It is about 80 pages long
    and constructed from a combination
    of several sources
    not tested and not cleaned yet
    beta
    but maybe you can still use them

    Is that some sort of comprehensive application then?

    The way I have seen it done was to install your monitoring application and then populate it with Blacklists and Whitelists?

    its a squid based web proxy. Handy thing to have, although I suspect the hardware its on can't handle our user load.

    Still, it was free.
