Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

As for recommendations - Yea programmers NEVER and DBA's usually forget to set the password on the TNSlsnr Clients.
Look for home grown apps. Find a web based app running off a Oracle DB. If there are any plug-in - XML- God help em Active X widgets needed to connect to the app - Those hold the keys to the kingdom!
