Heres a weird one for you.
I swear I love my job cause I get the weirdest problems.
Every few weeks we send out a newsletter to about 700 contacts. We use a online service to create a mailing list, then email out the newsletter to all contacts.
Now heres the problem.
Some of the newsletters that get received by blackberry's show up as the very first newsletter we ever sent out back in June. However, the newsletters that get received by a PC are correct and current.
So far, we've confirmed about 5 blackberry's in our office received a newsletter form several months ago...theres about 2 or 3 blackberry's that received the correct current newsletter though.
I'm somewhat stumped on this one...not really sure what the hell would cause that.lol
Only thing that came to my mind is the email outage that Yahoo is currently having might have affected that since most of our blackberry's go through ATT/Cingular.
Any ideas?
lol

Holy crap, that is bizarre. I'd almost be tempted to contact the phone vendor in that case, though that might be a dead end as well. It's almost as if it's pulling a cached email or something instead of the actual one. I dunno, ya got me stumped.

I know...I'm stumped to...lol
Sounds like a cache problem almost, but it these emails don't originate from our email servers, but from a third parties email servers....Maybe I'll call them see if they have any idea..lol
